Powerball drawing on Sept. 4 features a $435 million jackpot
The next Powerball drawing on Monday, Sept. 4 will feature a $435 million jackpot.
It has been several weeks since a player won the Powerball jackpot, allowing it to climb up to the staggering number that it sits at today.
This past Saturday’s Powerball drawing saw white balls 25, 38, 42, 66, and 67 get selected, along with 19 in the red Powerball slot. Meanwhile, the Double Play numbers were 3, 7, 14, 26, and 21, as well as 52 in the Powerball slot.
Powerball drawings take place each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday nights at approximately 10:59 p.m. ET. Importantly, you are required to purchase your ticket(s) prior to the deadline at 9:59 p.m. ET on the night of drawings.

To play the Powerball or any other PA Lottery game, you must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in the state of Pennsylvania.
Playing the Powerball is very easy to do. You can start by heading to your local PA Lottery retailer (e.g., grocery store, convenient store, gas station) or by logging into your PA Lottery account online.
Then, select five numbers from 1 to 69 and one number from 1 to 26, which will serve as your Powerball selection. Or, you always have the option to allow the terminal to randomly choose your numbers using the Quick Pick tool.
A standard Powerball ticket will cost you $2, but you can play the Power Play add-on feature for an additional $1 per ticket.
If you participate in the Power Play feature, you will give yourself the opportunity to multiply any non-jackpot prize that you may potentially win. A separate number (2, 3, 4, 5, or 10) will be drawn just prior to the regular numbers drawing—this is the Power Play number.
Any prize that you win, aside from the jackpot, will be multiplied by the Power Play number that was drawn.
Interestingly, the odds of you winning the $435 million Powerball jackpot are actually public. View below:
