Unibet, Pokerstars and Bwin have frozen or are freezing the accounts of their Dutch punters from Friday. Ten companies have been given licences to offer online gambling from today. Two of them are owned by the Dutch state. The law allows people in the Netherlands to gamble online, but it's illegal up to today, so the law changes.
