In the Netherlands, winnings from gambling do not need to be reported to the government. However, the tax for regulated gambling operators is currently 29%, but it may increase under the new Gaming Bill to 30%.
There are new conditions for operators seeking a license to operate in the Netherlands. Operators operating in Netherlands without the approval of the KSA regulatory body would have to endure a two-year suspension period. Applicants must not have actively targeted the Dutch market after 2018.
