KING OF PRUSSIA PA – Pennsylvania State Police hope to find a so-far unidentified gambler who allegedly battered a slot machine at the Valley Forge Casino Resort on First Avenue. He cracked its screen and caused more than $1,000 in damage, they reported Monday (April 4, 2022) from the Troop K Barracks in Skippack.

Troopers, working at the casino on behalf of the state Bureau of Gaming Enforcement, said they were notified of the incident Thursday (March 31) at 11:24 p.m. by casino security personnel who discovered the damaged machine.

In reviewing surveillance camera footage of the area, troopers said they saw a man “striking” the machine’s iDeck-brand touch screen, “causing it to crack.” After seeing the damage, “the suspect quickly left and exited the casino,” they said.

Their investigation is continuing, troopers added.
