Delaware Man Charged with Leaving Kids Unattended at Casino

William Brisco, 37, left his four children in the parking lot of the Delaware Park Casino. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Brisco was also charged for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
Delaware man left his children at a casino. The car he was driving still had the engine running. State troopers spotted the car and waited for the owner, Brisco, to return. Briscos was found with a large bag of cocaine. He was released on $7,050 bond.
