Aztec Inn Casino being put up for sale
The land that hosts the Aztec Inn Casino and other small businesses in Las Vegas is being put up for sale with a minimum asking price of $60 million. The land is also available to anyone who can make two separate $30 million transactions.
The sale is being handled by commercial real estate agency Centennial Advisers. The entire Las Vegas Strip tract comes with a state gaming license and no height restrictions.
Tom Watkins is the Investment Regional Director for Centennial Advisers. He has received inquiries regarding the small Nevada site from international firms. Aztec Inn Casino is being put up for sale.
Aztec Inn Casino is being put up for sale. It was originally called the Sun N Shine Motel in 1957 and later the Mojave Meadow Motels. The property added a gaming floor with 39 slots in 1991.
