Las Vegas Strip intent for Fertitta Entertainment Incorporated
Fertitta Entertainment Inc. is planning to build a 43-story casino hotel and a 2,500-seat theater in Las Vegas. The company is already responsible for the downtown Golden Nugget Las Las Vegas facility and similar gambling-friendly venues in the states of New Jersey, Louisiana and Mississippi. It paid $270 million in June for a six-acre plot of land on the southeast corner of Las Nevada Boulevard and Harmon Avenue.
Fertitta Entertainment Inc. wants to expand its coming Las Vegas Strip project with villas and suites, VIP salons and a lounge for high-limit gamblers. The company is hoping to get the required green light from the Clark County Commission at its next meeting on October 19.

Fertitta Entertainment Incorporated is planning to build a new venue on the Las Vegas Strip. New York-headquartered investments firm Gindi Capital is looking to develop a 300,000 sq ft retail complex on an adjacent plot. Local developer Brett Torino has partnered with real estate giant Flag Luxury Group LLC in hopes of being given permission to open an analogous facility across the street.
