Lotto luck has struck again in WA, with a second millionaire scoring a winning ticket in the space of three days.

Lotterywest confirmed it was preparing the winner’s room for its second millionaire this week.

A Lotterywest membership online matched the numbers to a $1 million Division One prize in the Monday Lotto draw.

It follows a $2 million Saturday Lotto winning ticket from Newpark Lottery Centre and News in Girrawheen, which remains unclaimed.

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said fingers were crossed this run of wins would continue into Thursday’s night’s Powerball draw.

“This week’s $80 million Powerball draw is only the eighth time in the game’s 25-year history a jackpot of this size has been up for grabs,” Mr Mooney said.

“As it stands, WA is home to 47 Division One winners and we would love to see this number grow following Thursday’s draw.

“If one player takes home the entire $80 million prize, they will share the title of the third biggest lottery winner in Australian history.”

Tickets are available until 6pm on draw day in-store, online or via the app.
