No one matched all five numbers in Monday night's estimated $363 million jackpot drawing.

But someone purchased a ticket in nearby Jasper County now worth $50,000 – by matching four out of five numbers and the Powerball.

The $50,000 winning ticket was purchased at Family Express, located at 4179 West US Highway 24, in Remington, according to the Hoosier Lottery. Remington is about 35 miles north of Lafayette.

The winning Powerball numbers for Monday, Dec. 20, were: 2-13-23-34-66 with the Powerball of 2.

Powerball Overall Odds are 1 in 25. Odds of matching four-out-of-five balls and the Powerball are 1 in 913,130.

Since its beginnings in 1992, Powerball has raised $25 billion for causes supported by lotteries. Indiana had the very first Powerball jackpot winner that first year, and leads the nation in Powerball jackpot wins with 39, according to the Hoosier Lottery.

One such winner, a Purdue graduate who opted to remain anonymous, claimed the $435.3 million Powerball in 2017.

The Powerball estimated jackpot for Wednesday, Dec. 22, is $378 million.
