Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas reopens after a two-year hiatus. The opening comes just in time for the beginning of the three-day NFL Draft. New ownership has taken over the Palms through the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
The Palms casino has re-opened after a redesign. The hotel and bar complex has been expanded and the spa and pool area has also been added. Latisha Casas, chairperson of the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority, thanks the community and tribal members for their support.
The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas has finally reopened after extensive renovations. The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians bought the property from Red Rock Resorts last year for $650m. It is the first time that a Native American tribe has both owned and operated a Las Las Vegas casino resort.
