The Palms Casino has reopened after a closure due to pandemic. It is the first Las Vegas resort casino owned and operated by a Native American tribe. The casino opened in 2001. The off-Strip casino was sold for $650 million to the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority. it closed in March 2020 due the pandemics.

The Palms Casino reopens for business on April 27. The opening took place the night before the NFL draft. Caesars Entertainment hosted the event. It took the main stage on The Strip behind the High Roller and The LINQ. The Palm's is not in the center of the action, but it will be a huge tourist weekend in Las Vegas.

The event included a Tribal Ceremony, Dine Around, Poolside reception, Moonshiners, David Perrico & Pop Strings Orchestra, and a surprise Splash Mob. More than 50% of Palms team members are returning employees.
