Las Vegas Advisor: Palms casino in Las Vegas acquired for $650 million
Red Rock Resorts has sold the Palms casino to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians for $650 million. Red Rock spent $690 million on the renovation of the resort. The Palm hasn't reopened since the shutdown.
Tao Group Hospitality has acquired Hakkasan Group. Hakka's properties include Tao's eponymous nightclub at Venetian, Lavo at Palazzo and Marquee at Cosmopolitan, Wet Republic at MGM Grand, Omnia at Caesars Palace and Jewel at Aria.
The NFL draft in 2022 will be held in Las Vegas on April 28-30. The event will come on the heels of the Pro Bowl being played at Allegiant Stadium on February 6. Two million-dollar slot jackpots were hit last week.
There is no gas shortage in Las Vegas. The price has increased slightly, but there is still a station open down the street.
