Belgium steps up consumer protection with online casino spending limit
Belgium’s Council of Ministers has approved a draft royal decree to lower the monthly spending limit for online casino games.
The draft proposal by Minister of Justice Vincent Van Quickenborne secured Council approval Friday and will now be submitted to the Data Protection Authority for consideration before being presented to the Council of State for final approval.
