Before casinos on the Strip began charging parking fees, it was advantageous for most out-of-town visitors to rent a car. Now that the WSOP is on Las Vegas Strip, the cost curve has bent toward using other forms of transportation. Uber or Lyft are better than taxis. Monorails are also a viable option.
