Six US states have legalized online casinos
The US Supreme Court struck down PASPA as unconstitutional in 2018. Since then, more than 30 states have pushed through legal reforms and paved the way for land-based sports books and all but a handful have legalized online betting.
Washington state does not prohibit online gambling games. Offshore casinos are available to all. It is only the provision of online casino services that is illegal.

In 2019, the West Virginia Lottery Commission approved three more casinos, and more are due to be approved in the coming months. Pennsylvania legalized it in 2019. Michigan has licensed two online gambling in 2021. Connecticut will launch its online gaming at the end of 2021, but it's restricted to web-based versions of its existing tribal casinos only.
