Las Vegas tourism is driven by business. Businesses like Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International and Apollo Global Management are big business drivers for Las Vegas Strip-based casino operators. Circa-owner Derek Stevens plans to add a large new convention space to his modern, Strip like property. Downtown Las Las hasn't had the capacity to bid against Strip properties for these conventions and business meetings.

Circa wants to create a new casino/hotel in downtown Las Vegas. It has a glitzy, glamorous Strip-quality casino that just happens to be downtown. The casino has top-tier restaurants and a tiered Stadium Pool. Circa is planning a convention center at its resort in October 2020. It will have a ballroom, 15 meeting rooms and a conference space for up to 1,500 people. Las Vegas hosts many conventions and meetings. Circa has a relatively small meeting space compared to some of the bigger casinos. The resort is going to be a backdrop for the events. They will use the latest technology. There will be laser projectors, retractable screens, audio tie lines, patchable ethernet tie line, and patchy single-mode fiber.
