Derek Stevens’ Circa to open casino in October

Circa Las Vegas developer Derek Stevens confirms the first five floors of the resort will open early on 28 October. The resort includes a two-story casino with 1,350 slot machines and 49 table games, a three-storey sports book, outdoor amphitheatre, six pools and two spas.
Circa Las Vegas will open its casino and sportsbook in October. The hotel portion of the development will be open in late December. It will offer 777 rooms and suites for adults only. Circa will become the first new resort to open since Lucky Dragon in 2016. Downtown Las Vegans generated $685m in gambling revenue in 2019. The area is a corridor of older hotels catering to budget travellers. Last year, the area's gambling revenues grew 5.4% year on year. Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reports. it generated about $687m.
