Indiana Gaming Commission made two major decisions regarding casino gaming in the state of Indiana. Caesars will be allowed to continue operating the Horseshoe Hammond Casino. Lucy Luck Gaming LLC was pulled from the casino license in Terre Haute.

Terre Haute Commission voted unanimously to revoke the Terre haute casino license held by Lucy Luck Gaming LLC. The license was first held. by Spectacle Entertainment’s subsidiary Spectacles Jack. Rod Ratcliff was forced to sell his stake in the company. Greg Gibson bought the shares and the license. LucyLuck had problems with the information it provided about who would hold $57 million notes for the casino.

Caesars Entertainment was approved to keep its ownership of the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond. The Commission had previously told the company that it needed to sell a third casino asset in Indiana. Caesar's had planned to merge with Eldorado Resorts. However, the pandemic caused the Commission to allow the sale more time for the Hammond venue.
