Iconic Las Vegas Casino Getting Huge Makeover

The times are changing in Las Vegas as more casinos are being built or upgraded. Caesars, Get Free Report and MGM are currently undergoing renovations. Circus Circus is also getting an update. Plaza Hotel & Casino is undergoing changes. The Strip is expanding as world class attractions are built on the North Strip and Circa on Fremont St.
The Plaza Hotel & Casino unveiled four large-scale projects that will reimagine the casino resort's landmark Main Street facade on June 14. The Plaza's iconic dome will feature a new outdoor Carousel Bar, next to it, the Plaza is building what it calls "downtown's first smoke-free and social media friendly gaming space" and on the roof of that new gaming room, Oscar's Patio, a rooftop restaurant named after former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman. Pinbox Doughnuts will open a location on Plaza property with alcohol-spiked versions of the dessert spot's doughnuts.
