Flight Club Las Vegas debuts its menu offerings. The Oche menu will be served with bites, a Reserve menu of VIP offerings and the signature cocktail menu.
Flight Club Las Vegas is set to open this fall. The Oche Menu offers shareable dishes, flatbreads, desserts, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and an extensive cocktail list. Reserve Menu features high-end offerings such as lobster mini tacos, caviar and bubbles, and VIP bottle service. Garden Box G&T includes a choice of Hendricks or Roku Gin served with house made herb syrups, fresh juice and botanicals.
Flight Club Las Vegas debuts menu offerings. Lobster Elote Dip is served with grilled street corn, mayonnaise, lime, jalapeno, cilantro, Cotija cheese, Tajin and flour tortilla chips. Tandoori Chicken Skewers are topped with mango chutney, spiced yogurt and cumin, and Steak Kushiyaki Skews are made with beef tenderloin, garlic ginger soy, kung pao sauce, scallions and fried rice noodles. Vegetarian Banh Mi Flatbread is made of mozzarella cheese and gochujang braised jackfruit, carrot, pickled daikon, onion, jaleana, oregano and cucumber.
Flight Club will offer a unique cocktail menu. Happy Hour menu offers oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, blue cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates, four cheese flatbread, Rosé on draft and more. Guests can play darts at one of the 20 semi-private oches or have a seat at the whimsical carousel bar.
The Butterfly is made with Citrus vodka, orange blossom, honey, Cocchi Americano, lime and San Pellegrino blood orange soda. The Iguana is a blend of Jamaican rums, ginger, hibiscus liqueur, allspice, rooibos tea and lime.
