Bacon Nation is a new 24/7 restaurant concept at the D Las Vegas. It serves gourmet bacon flights, sweet and savory French toast boxes and Reverse BLTs.
Bacon Nation is the newest addition to the D's recently reimagined second floor. The restaurant features a to-go system and a new 24/7 concept. The menu was created in collaboration with Las Vegas Chef Josh Green. It features 13 bacon varietals. Guests can pick up their food to go from heated/refrigerated lockers. They receive a suggested pick-up time and code to open a specific locker.
Bacon Nation offers a variety of dishes for breakfast, dinner and dessert. The menu includes French Toast boxes, bacon-flavoured pancakes, Big Pig Nachos, Pork Belly Dippers, Reverse BLT, Pasta Carbonara, Bone-In Pork Chops battered and fried to a crisp, New York steak dinner, chicken parm, and adult milkshakes. For dessert, the menu offers fried chocolate bar sundaes, a bacon s'mores skillet, Maple-Bacons Cheesecake, an Elvis Milkshake, Screwball peanut butter whiskey, fried banana, peanut Butter and bacon sandwich,
