Steve Wynn is known for his high-end casinos in Las Vegas. Now the founder of the eponymous casino Wynn and sister property Encore is selling a pair of Sun Valley-area homes.

He bought the home just off Highway 75 north of Downtown Ketchum in 2009 for $7.5 million and went about a large-scale remodel.

In addition to the main seven-bedroom house, Wynn bought a second home with four bedrooms next door – used mostly for guests. The two properties together sit on just about five acres.

Taken together, the properties feature 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

“The main residence features six hotel-caliber guest suites, massage room, gym, media room, and catering kitchen,” the listing notes, calling the properties “the epitome of elegant mountain living.”

Features include a heated outdoor lap pool, cathedral ceilings, a steam shower, and more. The homes first went up in 1979, but a major remodel wrapped up last year. According to the Wall Street Journal, the remodel ripped the main home down to its studs and tacked on an additional 5,200 square feet of space. It now features “cashmere-wrapped beams and silk carpets.”

The homes on Sheep Meadow Ln. in Ketchum are the most expensive currently listed in Idaho, beating out another home nearby in Ketchum seeking just less than $22 million.

The Wall Street Journal reports Wynn has properties listed for sale in Palm Beach, New York City and Beverly Hills on the market. Altogether, Wynn has $300 million worth of houses marketed for sale right now.

In 2018, the WSJ that detailed a number of people who accused Wynn of sexual misconduct, including a number of former employees. Wynn denied the allegations but stepped down as CEO of Wynn Resorts and sold his stake.
