November's online casino revenue set another record and sports betting revenue climbed. The sports handle nearly matched October's historic high. The brick-and-mortar casinos saw a drop in spending. Commercial gaming revenue in the state added up to $452.4 million. State and local governments were able to claim $181.8 million as taxes. iGaming operators in Pennsylvania share platforms with sportsbooks.
FanDuel is the most popular online sports betting site in Pennsylvania. Its revenue of $36.2 million gross and $28.4 million adjusted is more than half of all Pennsylvania online sportbook revenue. DraftKings is second with $209.8 million, but its revenue is down 8.5%. BetMGM has a 26.6% increase in betting volume from October, reaching $70 million. Barstool Sportsbook is fourth in the list with $47.3 million in handle, $2. 6 million of gross revenue, and $1.9 million on adjusted revenue last month.
November saw a record $128.6 million earned by the 18 iCasinos in Pennsylvania. Revenue was made from customers playing slots, table games and online poker. Table games earned the most, $3.8 million.
November's casino revenue in Pennsylvania was down 5% from the previous month. The Hollywood Casino Morgantown mini-casino opened last December. Last month's $264.8 million from slots and table games played in person was 1.3% down from a year earlier.
