Brett Torino bought a 2-acre plot on the Las Vegas Strip for $80 million. He plans to build a four-level retain complex called Project63. The developers expect to open it by September 2022. Torinos is optimistic about the future of the Strip. The industry is coming back strong. Las Nevada is back to where it was before the pandemic. It made a third and a half of its usual sales. During the worst of pandemics, all of their tenants stayed open. They made about a quarter of usual. Now they are back where they were in pre-pandemic times.
