Wynn Macau is giving its employees a holiday bonus this month. The bonus reflects on the dedication of the team.
Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace employees who have been deemed eligible account for 97.8% of the company’s workforce. They will receive the equivalent of a full salary on January 28.
Wynn Macau thanks its teams for their efforts in fighting COVID-19. The casinos and hotels are beginning to show signs of recovery. Macao had few infections until recently, when two imported cases of the new Omicron strain were detected last week.

Wynn is positive about the future of the Macau market. Macao saw a strong recovery of gross gaming revenue in 2021. Vaccination campaigns have been going strong and over 94% of workforce is vaccinated. Galaxy Entertainment and MGM China have also announced a one-time discretionary allowance or payment to their workforce. Sands China, the subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands founder Sheldon Adelson, has promised to pay a discretionary amount to 25,000 full-year employees in Macua.
