Vetri Cucina is officially open at Palms Casino Resort. The restaurant is located on the 56th floor and offers panoramic views of the city below. Vetri was opened in November 2018 and is one of Las Vegas' most treasured restaurants. It is based on Vetr Cuca in Philadelphia, which is regarded as one the most influential Italian restaurants in the country. The menu is inspired by both classic recipes and the culinary team’s extensive research and travels. There are 75 seats and a la carte menu features time-honored favorites and daily specialties.
Vetri Cucina is a new restaurant at Palms Casino Resort. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes for dinner and a wine and beer selection. In honor of the opening, San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority and Palm donated $100,000 to Just One Project, the largest mobile food bank in Las Vegas.
