TSB is ignoring the fraudsters gambling with £4,150 of my money
TSB refused to refund a reader £4,150 for 70 transactions to a betting company. The transactions were made over 10 days. TSB has a zero policy on gambling and fraud. The reader has had the same bank account since 1997 and has never made any payments to the gambling company before.
TSB has a zero policy on repaying fraud on gambling sites. It has refunded the money to the customer and offered compensation. Many banks offer customers the chance to block payments to gambling websites. The Guardian welcomes letters but cannot answer individually.
