The betting and gaming industry has been resilient during the pandemic. 73% of respondents are confident their organisation has a clear responsible gambling strategy. 70% consider responsible gaming for every or most of the business decisions. The biggest effect on suppliers was the inability to meet clients. Nearly one in five respondents believe player protection is more important since the Pandemic, and 40% use responsible betting for "every" commercial decision. Future Anthem chief executive officer Leigh Nissim comments on the importance of responsible gambling. He also mentions the use of new technologies in the industry.
