Ras Al Khaimah-based Indian expat Abu Thahir Mohammed wins Dhs12 million in Abu Dhabi’s Big Ticket jackpot

An Indian expat, Abu Thahir Mohammed, has hit the Dhs12 million Big Ticket jackpot in Abu Dhabi on Friday.Mohammed bought the winning ticket online on Aug 30.Big Ticket Abu Dhabi wrote on Facebook, “Congratulations to Abu Thahir Mohammed, from India, with winning ticket no. 027700. He won Dhs12 Million in The Dream 12 Million series 231.The Ras Al Khaimah based expat he bought the tickets with four friends. He lives with his wife, mother and daughters in the northern emirate. It was learnt that Mohammed has been participating in the Abu Dhabi draw for more than a year. He said he wasn’t expecting that he would win. Mohammed works for a shipping company. Nina Mohamed Raffik won the second highest prize.
