Pro Athletes FLOOD Popular Las Vegas Hotspot, Circa Resort & Casino!
A host of professional athletes flocked to one location in downtown Las Vegas in the past few weeks, and it’s pretty simple to figure out why!
Circa Resort & Casino is one of the hottest locations in all of Sin City, with sports fans and beautiful people crowding its walls to get a view of the mind-blowing ‘Stadium Swim’ po0l and taste some of the greatest food in town!
To start, UFC star Michael Bisping and three of his close friends made their way to Barry’s Downtown Primefor an amazing dining experience and an amazing steak! While in the house, Michael along with UFC stars Darren Till, Khamzat Chimaev, and Ilir Latifi enjoyed various steaks and sides, including the mouthwatering whole Maine lobster mac ‘n cheese. Yes, Please!

The group of current and past UFC fighters celebrated a great evening by posing with Celebrity Chef, Barry S. Dakake, at the end of their amazing meal.
Plus, current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, Julianna Peña, and her coaches also visited the esteemed downtown steakhouse. Julianna shared a selfie with Chef Barry to her almost half a million Instagram followers and exclaimed that Barry’s Downtown Prime is “the best restaurant in Vegas”! Julianna saw the guys having all the fun, so she jumped right in the middle of the photo. Talk about an amazing UFC pic!
After satisfying her appetite, the MMA fighter checked out the world’s largest sportsbook and then headed up to the rooftop bar, Legacy Club, where she admired the lovely 60th-floor views.
Welcome To The Good Life!
Darren and Khamzat had such an incredible night at Circa Resort & Casino that they came back for cocktails at the elegant rooftop lounge, Legacy Club. The pair appreciated the breathtaking views of the Vegas skyline (and the display of 1,000 ounces of pure gold) while enjoying Legacy Club’s drink selection.
Obviously, it is Major League Baseball season, and you can’t go through Circa on a weekend night and not run into some of the greatest players of our generation.
Eric Hosmer, first baseman for the San Diego Padres, and Kacie McDonnell Hosmer, Fox News personality, popped up in downtown Vegas for the night where they stayed in a beautiful panoramic Sunset Suite at Circa Las Vegas. The couple recently got married on New Year’s Eve and they tied the knot at a lavish wedding in Palm Beach, Florida surrounded by their family and friends.
Hosmer is no stranger to securing wins and awards throughout his career. The 32-year-old is a World Series Champion, has won four Gold Glove Awards, and was also recognized with the Silver Slugger Award. Both Eric and Kacie were caught chatting it up with Circa Resort owner Derek Stevens and enjoying some time alone in a cabana at Stadium Swim.

But, it’s not all baseball. Several NFL players were also seen down the street at Andiamo Italian Steakhouse inside the D Casino & Hotel (also owned by casino owner, Derek Stevens). If you don’t know Derek yet, you should!
The well-known steakhouse is famous for combining classic American steaks and Italian favorites. Trevon Diggs, the cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, was seen dining on the same weekend as Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety, Antoine Winfield Jr. who was enjoying a delicious meal with friends. Some of those friends included other NFL players such as Blake Cashman (Houston Texans), Carter Coughlin (NY Giants), and Kamal Martin (Carolina Panthers). Both knew that Andiamo was the best Italian Steakhouse to help them tackle their appetites!
A bit of hometown talent was also in the building after Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders was spotted at Circa Resort celebrating his recent extension while watching some basketball games with owner Derek Stevens. Although these athletes have really just begun their football careers, they’re quickly proving themselves to be players to watch out for. Winfield Jr. helped the Buccaneers win their second Super Bowl in 2021 and Diggs ended the 2021 season with 11 interceptions, more than anyone else in the league.
As always, great photos were shared by Antoine and his friends over dinner while Trevon posed at Andiamo with casino executive Richard Wilk.
The bottom line, with the amazing dining and entertainment options, it’s become increasingly clear that Derek Stevens’ hotels are the place to be for athletes looking to celebrate in the heart of Las Vegas!
