Powerball jackpot hits $500M. When's the next drawing?
The Powerball jackpot continues to rise with an estimated $500 million jackpot.
If someone matches all six balls in Saturday night's drawing, the winner would take home the grand prize, which currently has a cash option of $242.4 million.
Wednesday's winning numbers were 9, 14, 20, 23 and 63 and the red Powerball was 1. The Power Play was 3X.
Powerball drawings are held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. EST. Drawings can be viewed live at powerball.com/watch-drawing.
The Powerball jackpot was last hit in the July 19, 2023 drawing, when a ticket in California matched all five white balls and the red Powerball to win a grand prize worth $1.08 billion. Since then, there have been 21 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner, according to lottery officials.
