Pennsylvania regulator fines four casinos and two manufacturers totaling $238K
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved consent agreements with two licensed manufacturers and four casino operators. The Board also approved the placement of another adult on its Involuntary Exclusion List for choosing to gamble in a casino while leaving a young child in the car.

GPI Mexicana S.A. de C.V. and G PI USA Inc. fined $85,500 each for late audited financial statements. Washington Trotting Association, LLC, operator of Hollywood Casino at the Meadows, was fined for overservice of alcohol. Downs Racing, L.P., operator. of Mohegan Sun Pocono Casino in Luzerne County, fined a $10,000 for a self-exclusion violation. Sugarhouse HSP Gaming, LP, owner of Rivers Casino Philadelphia, a fine of $ 10,00 for permitting an underaged person to gamble.

Gaming Partners International USA, Inc. and GPI Mexicana S.A. de C.V. fined $85,500 each for failure to timely file audited financial statements. Washington Trotting Association, LLC fined for overservice of alcohol, Downs Racing, L.P. a fine of $10,000 for a self-exclusion violation, Sugarhouse HSP Gaming, LP a $7,5K fine for using revoked software for certain slot machines and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh a$7K for allowing an underaged person access to the gaming floor.
