Pennsylvania Gambling Regulator Approves $35,500 in Fines
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved multiple fines surpassing $35,000. One provider of gaming services and two casinos were fined $ 35,500.
Hollywood Casino and Underdog Sports Inc received fines from the PGCB. The casino operator received $7,500 fine for allowing a self-excluded individual access to the premises. Under Dog Sports received an $8,000 fine because it offered games in Pennsylvania via two unlicensed shareholders.
PGCB approved three consent agreements between the Office of Enforcement Counsel and casinos.
Wind Creek Casino Bethlehem received a $20,000 fine for a self-exclusion violation. The PGCB released its gaming revenue report for April earlier this week. It shows that the gambling industry in Pennsylvania has started its economic rebound.
Wind Creek Bethlehem, LLC was fined $20,000 for violating the Poker Game Gamblers' Agreement.
