Nectar Bath Treats are taking Las Vegas by storm
Have you ever wandered through a mall or resort in Vegas, and spotted the most amazing-looking sweets shop, only to realize that those weren’t cupcakes at all? If you have, you’ve undoubtedly seen Nectar Bath Treats, a Vegas-based and -manufactured chain of stores that specializes in bath bombs and beauty products in an incredible range. And everything is made locally!
Nectar Bath Treats has only been around for a few years (the company started in 2015 and co-founder Tom Taicher is CEO today), but in that time has blossomed and now operates multiple shops across the Las Vegas Valley (The Venetian, The Linq Promenade, The Mirage, MGM Grand and The Linq Hotel), in Arizona and even in California at Universal CityWalk, all with an old-timey sweets shop feel. During the pandemic, the company also began making hand sanitizer, filling a huge need at the time. They have also established an online shop that features gift ideas and blog posts addressing skin and beauty questions.
So what exactly will you find when you stop into one of the shops? First, fragrance. It smells so good, and the wild strawberry bath bomb is one of the best things to sniff. It’s easy to imagine stepping into the tub after that dissolves. You’ll also find plenty of other cool products, with plant-based ingredients like coconut oil, avocado oil and shea butter. How would you like to wash your hands with a frozen treat? You can get ice cream soap in several different flavors, and it comes on a wooden stick! If you like doughnuts and cupcakes, you can wash your hands with those, too, all looking like the most luscious treats. Get other beauty products such as fruit smoothie-style sugar body scrubs and body butter. Sweet stuff indeed!
