Celebrate National Steak Month in Las Vegas
Barry's Downtown Prime at Circa Resort & Casino has one of the best examples of filet mignon in town. Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria offers A5 Kobe from Japan. It's pricey, but well worth it. It is one the rarest steaks produced in Japan and is available in 3, 6 and 9-ounce versions.
June is National Steak Month in Las Vegas. Las Vegans know the perfect steak cut and recommend filet mignon, ribeye and tomahawk. The Steaks House at Circus Circus is one of the longest-running restaurants in the city. Smith & Wollensky at The Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian and Palazzo serves a 44-ounce dry-aged American wagyu steak. It's a bucket list item for Vegens. They recommend it to their friends. The steak is served in a custom-made dish. There are also A5 Kobe steaks from Japan. This is a rare and expensive cut.
