The 69-year-old chose to receive his prize as a one-time lump sum payment of $3.8 million. He plans to pay bills and save the remainder. It's the second-largest prize ever won online at MichiganLotterycom.
The player's big win is the sixth time the Lotto 47 jackpot has been won this year. The jackpots start at $1 million and grow until someone wins it.
