CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) — Ciara Ghannam of Charlotte tried her luck on a Fast Play ticket and quickly won a $105,173 jackpot.
Ghannam purchased her winning $5 Lucky 7’s ticket on Oct. 20 from the Publix at Whitehall Commons on South Tryon Street in Charlotte.
