Fine Gael TD Bernard Durkan will quiz officials from the National Lottery and the Office of the Regulator tomorrow. The jackpot hasn't been scooped in more than 50 draws since it was last landed on June 5. Premier Lotteries Ireland CEO Andrew Algeo said the chances of it being won for six months is akin to rolling a dice 37 times without hitting the number six. He wants to introduce a “must be won draw’ to stop a similar rollover happening again. NationalLottery Regulators will tell the Committee that there is no regulatory issues in the draw and it has been operating in line with the rules.
