Nearly €3.9m worth of Lotto winnings dating back to early October are still up for grabs. The EuroMillions went 22 draws without a winner between July 2019 and October 2019. There is a must-be-won event for the €190m jackpot, but it can't be declared for Irish Lottos as the current games rules don't allow for it.
