LeoVegas’ gaming framework has been assessed and certified by the British-based agency specialized in testing, certifying and assessing companies within the gaming sector.

The agency known as the eCommerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) which has assessed LeoVegas’ framework and routines for the protection of consumers.

As per Gambling Insider, Gustaf Hagman, Group CEO LeoVegas, said: “Offering a safe and secure gaming experience and preventing minors from online gambling has always been our top priority. It is therefore reassuring that LeoVegas’ work in this area has now been assessed and reviewed by an external, independent party that confirms we are in conformity with the Commission’s recommendations.”

“But our work doesn’t end here; we will continue the need to develop and raise the bar within the entire industry, to ensure gaming remains an exciting and safe form of entertainment.”

After the assessment, it was revealed that the operator’s framework is in conformity with the recommendations of the European Commission guidelines for online gaming.

It was also revealed that the operator is in full compliance with the consumer protection standards including preventing minors from online gambling.

Gambling Insider also reported that the LeoVegas recently won its fourth Online Casino of the Year Award in a row at the Global Gaming Awards.
