LANSING – A Lansing man won nearly $500,000 in a Michigan Lottery instant game.
The 29-year old man, who asked to remain anonymous, bought his winning Super Lucky 7's ticket at St. Ides Village Food Market on West Jolly Road, lottery officials said.
He told the lottery bureau he planned to use some of the windfall to pay bills and tuck away the rest.
Super Lucky 7's is one of 10 "Fast Cash" instant games sold from terminals. Players have a chance to win all or part of a progressive jackpot.
The Lansing man won the $248,726 jackpot, plus $250,000. Lottery officials didn't say when he bought the ticket.
