Holland Casino ordered to remove land-based casino ads from site
Holland Casino has been ordered to remove land-based casino ads from its igaming site. The KSA found that the links on the site led visitors to information about the operator's physical casinos. This breached Article 4.2 of the Dutch Remote Games of Chance Decree.
Holland Casino ordered to remove land-based casino ads from site. It follows a number of other recent rulings by KSA in reference to licence breaches by operators in the Netherlands. Last month, Toto Online was fined €400,000 for targeting advertising at young adults. Two operators were warned for offering bets on the number the yellow cards in football matches.
