Harley beckons for lottery winner
A Cranbourne man can’t wait to zip around on a new motorbike after winning $100,000 in Friday 8 July’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
The motorcycle enthusiast purchased his winning entry of seven random numbers online.
“Woo-hoo!” he laughed when an official from The Lott confirmed his windfall.
“You beauty! What a way to end the working week. I’m so surprised!”
The winner said that it was the most he’s ever won, eclipsing his previous best of $500.
“I’ll have to break the news to my wife later today. We’ve had our ups and downs during the pandemic, so this really brings some joy into our lives.
“I’ve been looking at buying a brand-new Harley Davidson motorbike for a while now. It’s been on the wish list since before Covid-19, but I’ve had to put it all on pause.
“Now, I can look forward to finally owning one!”
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $11.81 million for draw 1580, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $17.96 million for draw 10609.
In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
During this time, the biggest Lucky Lotteries prize was won by a Coolangatta man who a Mega Jackpot prize of $9.41 million in May.
