Is Steve Wynn cleaning house? The legendary casino and hotel developer has listed properties in Sun Valley, IDPalm Beach, FL; and New York City, according to recent reports.

The Big Apple property is a penthouse with a jaw-dropping price tag of $90 million. Wynn reportedly paid $70 million for the three-bedroom, 4.5-bath duplex condo apartment in 2012.

The property is located in the former Hotel St. Moritz, which was designed by Emery Roth in 1930. The boutique building offers views of Central Park from the southern border.

Deluxe digs

Located on the 30th and 31st floors, the penthouse spans nearly 11,000 square feet. A private elevator opens to an entrance gallery and a massive living room with a 15-foot ceiling. Ten curved windows line the sprawling space and lead to the largest terrace in the residence, at almost 45 feet in length.

A striking, oxblood dining room, along with a media room, wet bar, half-baths, and library complete one floor.

Downstairs, the main bedroom also offers extensive park views as well as a deluxe adjoining bath, huge walk-in closets, and a dressing room.

The primary suite is reached via a marble staircase and comes with its own gym and massage room.

Today the building comprises both the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the Ritz-Carlton Residences. Residents in the exclusive top-floor apartments enjoy a private entrance and their own staff.

Wynn is best known for developing and expanding Las Vegas in the 1990s. He’s opened several casinos and hotels, including the Bellagio, Mirage, and Wynn Las Vegas.
