Boyd Gaming is buying Pala Interactive for $170m. PalA provides business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (C2C) gaming solutions in North America.
Pala Interactive was bought by Boyd Gaming. The deal gives Boyd full control over the technology, development and customer experience. Pala Interactive's clients include Unibet, Gamesys and the World Poker Tour.
Boyd is growing its reach in North America's gambling market. It has online sportsbooks operational in six states and online casinos in two states. The company also has 28 land-based gaming properties across ten US states, including a 5% stake in FanDuel, which runs online casino in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
