Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is offering a prix fixe menu for Las Vegas Restaurant Week this June to benefit Three Square Food Bank. The beginning course includes cotton candy foie gras, bagel & lox cone, gazpacho estilo Algeciras and Lucia salad. Main course is American Wagyu Black Angus skirt steak with rosemary-mustard sauce, papas canarias topped with mojo verde and Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and nasturtium. Wine pairing is available for $39 per person.

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés offers Las Vegas Restaurant Week prix fixe menu for $80 per person. The menu is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p., Tuesday, June 8 through Sunday, July 13, and Wednesday, 16 through Friday, 18.
