Bally’s Corp to Launch Its First Casino in Pennsylvania

Bally's Corp. has signed a framework agreement to develop and open a $120-million casino in Nittany Mall in Pennsylvania's Centre County. The project is a joint venture with Ira Lubert, who was recently awarded a Category 4 casino license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Bally's Corp is planning to build its first casino in Pennsylvania. The project is not certain yet, but the CEO hopes to launch operations in the first half of 2022 if the health risks have diminished enough. Pennsylvania legalized online gambling and sports betting in 2017. The company has successfully navigated the current climate and restrictions in its other casinos.
