In many of the hotels, there is some form of evening entertainment, and if you want to know where the best places to stay are so you don’t miss out on something you really want to see, read on. Here are some of the best hotels with entertainment in Las Vegas.

1. Westgate Las Vegas

Jen Kramer entertains.

There are so many reasons to choose Westgate Las Vegas as your ideal hotel when you are in Las Vegas. It’s a gorgeous building to begin with, so you’ll feel as though you’re in the lap of luxury when you’re there. It’s also great for families, for couples, and for solo travelers – there’s something for everyone to enjoy here. The rooms are well-appointed with private bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and stunning modern décor, and they are known to be some of the largest in Las Vegas, and there are numerous onsite restaurants literally catering to every taste. Then there is the entertainment; big names such as Jen Kramer are featured guests at Westgate Las Vegas, and there are also cabaret shows to enjoy. What more could you ask for?

2. Excalibur Hotel & Casino

Four outdoor pools.

Arriving on the Las Vegas Strip, you can’t help but notice this spectacular hotel – the Excalibur is a huge castle in the middle of Las Vegas. As if this wasn’t entertaining enough, there is nightly entertainment, giving you something to do every evening, and well into the next morning too. What about during the day? Never fear; you’ve got four outdoor pools, a 10,000 square foot casino, and six onsite restaurants with many different types of cuisine to try, including buffet-style dining. The pools are amazing, and the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic Las Vegas weather. You can even hire private cabanas, or try the adult-only pool if you need a little escape from the splashing around. With the many hotel stores, selling everything from clothing to souvenirs, and a helpful staff who can book any tickets you need (so your entertainment concerns can be settled easily – you won’t miss a thing), this hotel is a great option.

3. Rio All-Suite Las Vegas

Penn and Teller entertain.

What kind of entertainment are you looking for? At the Rio All-Suite Las Vegas, there are different kinds to choose from. Perhaps you’ve always longed to see Penn and Teller in action? Or maybe it’s the Chippendales that have caught your eye. What about the World of Wonder, a water-based acrobatic show? You can find all of this at the Rio, and since this is also an amazing hotel in its own right, it’s a great choice when you’re visiting Las Vegas. Onsite, you’ll find a full-service spa, a salon so you can always look and feel your best, and an outdoor pool. All rooms have a fridge, safe, and private dressing area, and no matter where you are in the hotel, the views out across the city are spectacular. In-hotel dining is also provided thanks to a variety of different restaurants and bars.

4. Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Located on the Strip.

Although Bally’s might be a small hotel in Las Vegas terms, that doesn’t mean it can be ruled out when it comes to the ideal place to stay for the best entertainment. With stiff competition, Bally’s still stands out, with classic entertainers like Wayne Newton, amazing close-up magic, or even some more adult-themed shows like Tom Green’s stand up and the Miss Behave Gameshow. The hotel is located on the famous Strip itself, so as well as being able to enjoy the fun, you can go out and explore too. When you’re done, cool off in the outdoor pool or burn off energy in the fitness center. Then it’s time to try out the onsite restaurants; there are eight of them, and that includes Bally’s Steakhouse and Ichiban Sushi. Plus, of course, there is a casino to play in.

5. The Mirage Las Vegas

A hotel with its own volcano!

There aren’t many Las Vegas hotels that are quite as recognizable as the Mirage, with its own volcano to capture the attention of guests and passers-by alike. That’s the start of the entertainment, and it’s all for free. If you want to go further, this is the hotel where you’ll find Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil, including a backstage tour. Want more? Then why not enjoy Boyz II Men, Aces of Comedy, or Terry Fator? Why not see all of them while you’re in Vegas, all from the comfort of the Mirage. The hotel is a beautiful and comfortable one that will keep you entertained for your entire stay – on top of the live entertainment and casino, there is a wild animal habitat that includes dolphins. The rooms all include 42-inch flatscreen TVs, and there are many onsite restaurants, including Osteria Costa and Tom Colicchio Heritage Steak.

6. Paris Las Vegas

A hotel with an indoor shopping mall.

If entertainment is what you’re looking for, entertainment is what you’ll get at the Paris Hotel Las Vegas. The shows here are naughty and nice and include hypnotist Miss Naughty, a play titled Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man, and Antony Cools Inferno: The Fire Spectacular. As you can see, there is a lot going on, but because Paris is on the Las Vegas Strip, even if you wanted to look elsewhere for entertainment, it’s easily found – just step outside the door. If you’re not just looking for entertainment, but you want a gorgeous and sumptuous hotel too, Paris has you covered. With its own indoor shopping mall and a rooftop pool to cool off in, plus the replica Eiffel Tower, this is a great place to be. Oh, and don’t forget the 11 restaurants and five bars, one of which includes dueling piano players!

7. Bellagio

See the famous fountains.

When you think of the Bellagio, it’s more than likely the iconic fountains at the front of the hotel you’ll think of. Set to move in time with music and lit up spectacularly at night, these fountains are a slice of Vegas entertainment for everyone. Yet behind these famous fountains, you’ll find a hotel that’s ideal for giving you a true experience of this amazing place. In terms of entertainment, there is the Cirque du Soleil, as well as a stunning art gallery, the contents of which change regularly so you’ll never see the same thing twice. The hotel is marvelous, with marble bathrooms and opulently decorated rooms, each one spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a minibar and bathrobes. You also have the wonderful casino onsite, and if you want to take in some fresh air, you can enjoy the five outdoor pools and – perhaps surprisingly – the attractive gardens.

8. MGM Grand

Try out CSI: The Experience

The MGM Grand has made a name for itself in Las Vegas for being the go-to venue for many touring events. Whether that’s sport, dance, music, theater, or magic, this is the place where entertainers love to be. It makes sense; when the setting is as gorgeous as it is at the MGM Grand, why wouldn’t you want to entertain the crowds there? Some of the events taking place at this hotel include the Academy of Country Music Awards, Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club, and David Copperfield, who has a residency there. If you want something a little more interactive, you’ll find CSI: The Experience at this hotel, where you can investigate a crime just like the experts from your favorite show. On top of the casino, there is the Level Up Lounge (full of virtual reality games) and TopGolf. You can choose either a classic or contemporary room, depending on your style, so you don’t have to compromise in any way at the MGM Grand.

9. Caesar’s Palace

A floating cocktail lounge.

Caesar’s Palace is a true staple of Las Vegas and the Strip, and the place just wouldn’t be the same without it. This could be for a number of reasons, but the high quality of the entertainment put on here is definitely one of them. Take the 4,300 Colosseum, for example, where the world’s most famous stars perform. Those stars include Rod Stewart, Reba McEntire, Elton John, Celine Dion, Brooks & Dunn, and so many more. Don’t forget you also have Cleopatra’s Barge (a lounge that floats!) with live music and cabaret-style shows along with a plethora of different cocktails to try. There is even an outdoor entertainment space where acrobats regularly perform. For your own relaxation, there are seven pools, plus every room has a flatscreen cable TV. When it comes to dining, this is where you’ll find Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen (and his Pub & Grill) and the Bacchanal Buffet, a well-known dining experience with 500 different good items to choose from – plus more.
