The ENGLiSH Hotel, Las Vegas, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The hotel offers 3 types of rooms:

Having undergone more than a $600 million renovation in 2019, Palms Casino Resort boasts a diverse mix of bars and restaurants, featuring the return of popular outlets such as the highly acclaimed Scotch 80 Prime and Mabel’s BBQ by Chef Michael Symon. Palms is also proud to bring back its A.Y.C.E. Buffet. Open for breakfast, dinner and weekend brunch, A.Y.C.E. Buffet features seven globally inspired stations with bold flavors, flame-broiled classics and with everything prepared fresh. Casual dining options include Send Noodles and the debut of Serrano Vista Cafe.
The resort also offers guests an expansive resort pool area featuring a multi-level, sprawling 73,000-square-foot space with two luxurious main pools and 39 unique cabanas, most with their own private pool. The space also features oversized daybeds and poolside lounge chairs throughout. Also returning is the upgraded and enhanced 14-screen Brenden Theatres.
Palms Casino Resort is making history as the first resort in Las Vegas fully owned and operated by a Native American Tribe. Palms Casino Resort features two distinct towers with 766 hotel rooms and suites, a diverse mix of bars, restaurants, live entertainment venues and immersive lifestyle experiences across a 95,000-square-foot reimagined casino. The resort also includes over 190,000 square feet of meeting, convention and event space; the Pearl, a 2,500-seat theater; an expansive pool and spa area; wedding chapel; the Brenden Theatres 14-screen cinema and nearly 600 units at Palms Place condominiums.

Caesars completed its rebrand of Bally’s to Horseshoe Las Vegas in December of 2022. Horseshoe Las Vegas is located at the center of the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip, across from Caesars Palace and next to Paris Las Vegas.
The 44-acre resort consists of two 26-story hotel towers with more than 2,800 guestrooms, including the renovated Resort Rooms and 244 suites. For entertainment, Horseshoe Las Vegas offers The Magic Attic, a 3,685-square-foot showroom exclusively for magic-inspired productions.
Dining options include Horseshoe's signature fine dining experience, Jack Binion's Steak, as well as a food court, Nosh Deli and LavAzza. Joining the roster of eateries are Chef Martin Yan's first Las Vegas restaurant, M.Y. Asia, as well as Guy Fieri’s newest concept, Flavortown Sports Kitchen.
The resort also offers a fitness center, the Blu Pool and attractions such as Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf, REAL BODIES, The Cabinet of Curiosities Lounge, National Geographic's Rarely Seen and the ARCADE at Horseshoe Las Vegas.

Hard Rock International acquired assets of The Mirage Hotel & Casino. The 3,044-room casino resort will continue to operate as The Mirage Hotel & Casino until the renovation and rebranding of the property to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is complete, which is expected by end of 2023.
The Mirage will continue to offer world-class entertainment and dining options including, Cirque Du Soleil’s The Beatles™ LOVE™ through 2023.
The Mirage’s iconic history began as the Strip’s first megaresort and continues to offer guests an exotic world-class destination unlike any other. Silverton Casino Hotel

Silverton Casino Hotel is undergoing a complete reimagining of its hotel offering, creating a new boutique hotel experience to anchor the resort.
The remodeled hotel will feature 300 “rustic-luxe” guest rooms and suites including three distinct “design stories,” each with its own curated style, decor and spirit that will transport guests into a unique experience during every visit.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Opening Date: Q4 2023

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas (formerly The Drew Las Vegas) is a hotel and casino currently under construction on the Las Vegas Strip. It is planning to open its long-delayed 67-story Las Vegas resort and casino in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The property covers 25 acres and approximately 9 million square feet on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, directly adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Global Business District.
The towering resort is expected to be one of the biggest Las Vegas projects set to debut in 2023, joining the 17,500-seat entertainment venue MSG Sphere at The Venetian which is due to open in the second half of 2023.
The Fontainebleau will have an estimated 3,700 rooms, 550,000 square feet of convention space and a shopping district that will span 90,000 square feet.
The 3,780-room resort will feature a giant pool, with restaurants and shops adjacent. It is located on the north end of the Strip, on the same side of the street as the Wynn Las Vegas and near the city’s convention center.
Durango Casino & Resort
Opening Date: Fall 2023

Inspired by the warm colors and vibrant landscapes of the desert, Durango will offer locals and visitors alike a boutique gaming and resort experience with the approachable and desired amenities for which Station Casinos is known.
The resort will have a hotel tower with over 200 beautiful guest rooms and suites, 83,000 square feet of casino space offering the latest games and an open floorplan seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor socializing spaces, four signature food and beverage outlets, exciting food hall concept featuring fast-casual local favorite restaurants and eateries, state-of-the-art race and sportsbook, serene resort pool space with private cabanas and event lawn, 20,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, and 40 electric vehicle charging stations.
Dream Las Vegas
Opening Date: Late 2024

Dream Las Vegas will feature 450 stylish guest rooms and suites; seven highly-activated dining and nightlife venues, including a rooftop nightclub, pool deck and lounge; three feature restaurants; two additional bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor; and a grab-and-go café on the street level, as well as 12,000 SF of private meeting and event space, a full-service spa and fitness center, and on-site parking.
Located across the street from Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali Hai Golf Club, Dream Las Vegas will be adjacent to the private aviation terminal at McCarran International Airport, two blocks from the new Allegiant Stadium and near T-Mobile Arena.
