A blackjack dealer and two men were arraigned on gaming fraud charges for cheating. A suspect is at large for jumping onto a craps table at El Cortez in Las Vegas and stealing $19,100 in chips.

Mark M. Watson, Jr. and Rahat Hossein won thousands of dollars at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino on August 14. They were caught on security footage and charged with first-degree gaming fraud. Both men have their felony hearing on October 12. They have already paid back the casino. The other one has his hearing scheduled for October 6.

A man stole $19,100 in chips from a craps table at the El Cortez casino in downtown Las Vegas. Security footage shows him running out of the casino with armfuls of chips. He didn't take players' chips, because security didn’t want to chase him.

Suspect stole chips from El Cortez casino. He probably won't be able to cash them in as the casino knows how much was stolen. The suspect could exchange chips with a friend for cash. However, the friend would have to do it over a long period of time. The casino would deactivate the chips if they were stolen and would be suspicious. El cortez does not have RFID chips. It may be a reason why the suspect targeted that casino as it does have no RFIDs.
